Client: The individual or entity requesting lawn mowing services.
Agreement: The contract between the Service Provider and the Client outlining the terms of service.
2. Services Offered
Our lawn mowing services include:
- Regular lawn mowing and trimming
- Edging and blow-off
- Debris removal
- Optional fertilization and weed control
Additional services may be provided upon request and subject to availability.
3. Payment Terms
Fees: Service fees are determined based on the size of the lawn, frequency of service, and any additional services requested.
Payment Schedule: Payments are due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access to the property for service personnel.
- Inform the Service Provider of any obstacles, pets, or special instructions prior to service.
- Maintain accurate contact information for scheduling and communication purposes.
6. Service Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality lawn mowing services. If a Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify the Service Provider within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and rectify any concerns.
7. Liability Limitations
The Service Provider is not liable for any damage to property or injury to individuals arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Insurance: The Service Provider maintains appropriate liability insurance to cover standard operational risks.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice. Termination will be effective 7 days after the notice is given unless otherwise specified.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Eltham is located.
10. Amendments to Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or failures in service due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unexpected equipment failures.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the use of lawn mowing services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
